NOTICE: TCCE BOARD PROPOSES CHANGES TO BYLAWS
As a regular governance practice every 2-3 years the TCCE reviews the bylaws of the association to ensure they are in line with the operations of the association. Following are proposed changes to the TCCE Bylaws. The primary focus of the changes relate to the qualification of service to the board and the handling of board positions should an elected chamber professional leave their position in the middle of a term.
In accordance with the bylaws these recommended changes are being posted for 30 days for review and comment by the membership. Please review the changes and register any comments with TCCE by emailing to [email protected] using the subject line "Bylaws Changes". The comment period will end July 31, 2019 and the board will seek to ratify changes at its meeting on August 29, 2019. Click the link below to view.
